Super quick & easy breakfast burrito

Options
1 tortilla
2 eggs
1/2 of a green bell pepper (or less, depending on preference) , diced into chunks
Pepper -optional-
Hot sauce or salsa -optional-
~Makes one burrito~
~280 calories~

break the eggs and whisk them in a bowl.
Add the bell pepper.
-optional- sprinkle some pepper according to preference.

Heat up a skillet on medium-high heat, and add the egg/bell pepper mix.
constantly move eggs/bell pepper mix around, to scramble the eggs and bell pepper.
Once eggs/bell pepper mix is completely cooked, put them on the tortilla.
-Optional- Add hotsauce and/or salsa according to preference.

Fold into a taco or burrito and enjoy!
I loooove this. Its so delicious.

    I used brown eggs. Not sure if it has anything to do with it, but they're only 70 cals. an egg. the tortilla was 140 cal. Amazing i know!
