anyone know anything about calories of grilled chicken at greasewood flats? Going there not sure I can eat anything. Any ideas. Friends are going so my wife and I are going to join them.

    Moved to Hawaii 7 years ago and still miss Greasewood flats. Skip the chicken and have a cold one (beer) for me.

    I would just do any restaurant Grilled Chicken, I've never heard of Greasewood flats. Looks good might have to try it one day. Or just ask them if they know the Nutritional facts.
