I was planning to do some Pilates today, but ended up doing Bob Harper's Totally Ripped Core instead. I don't often talk back to the TV, or tell the instructors what they can do with themselves, but I totally did it today. Now I'm considering getting more of his stuff. Anyone else use his workouts and can provide feedback?

Yoga for Warriors is pretty intense. I also like the Inside Out Method Cardio Conditioning. I like all of his dvd's, truthfully, but those two are the ones I really remember feeling really exhausted after.0

I have horrible feet and have to be careful with higher impact stuff. Do it wrong, and I can't even walk for months on end (not an exaggeration, unfortunately). That's my worry with the likes of P90x0
