traveling, camping, picnics, boating, coors lite, oreos, wine, steak, hot dogs...

ugh! i am back up to my winter weight. up nearly 10 pounds!

need to de bloat.

any tricks for the next 3-4 days to de bloat and get my metabolism moving in the opposite direction again?

anything! needing a food and fun detox.

    anything! needing a food and fun detox.

    Berries, water and no alcohol or added sugar and salt! Berries fill you up something good, have nutrients and very low cals (especially strawberries).

    You'll get back on track...no worries!

    I'm disgusted...I'm up 7/8 pounds

    I do go most of the week, so 5 days...then cruddy 1 or both days of the weekend and I still have been gaining....I'm annoyed

    I feel the same way! I drinking more water, and cutting out as much salt as possible.

    I've also started taking my vitamins again, and drinking organic greens for a detox boost.
