New Here. American living overseas

I'm from the states and have lived in Australia nearly 10 years. I've put heaps of weight on over the last 10 years and really want to get it off. Need encouragement and support.

    I am an american living in the UK - since I moved here ten years ago I put on 40-50lbs! FINALLY am sorting it out and 10lbs away from my current goal weight. It's hard hearing about all the nice foods that people seem to be getting for cheap in america and not having the options here. oh well.

    iTswape - My SO is from Joburg, was there last August and may be back for xmas.
