I'll start with


Sometimes we feel that the effort we are putting in is not worth the hassle and we look at how far we have to go and think of the months and months of further commitment we need to put in to get to our goal

Well instead of looking at what you still have to do ****look back**** at what you have done and how far you have came and ask yourself "do I want to throw all that hard work away?"
