Hi guys!
I've lost 27 lbs and just done a progress pic, thought I would share:
Please post your images too and let's motivate each other!
These last few weeks for me have been filled with NSVs and have shown me that even though you might not see the changes immediately, they are happening and thought it might be tough, stick it out because your hard work will show!
