Too much fiber :(

I normally aim for 20-25g per day and today I had 45g!!! I had a fiber one bar for breakfast and this double fiber bread for lunch...I would've been ok but then I had almost a whole eggplant for dinner- didn't konw it had so much fiber in it..and now I'm paying the price! I feel all bloated and gross booohooooo feel sorry for me :blushing: :smile:

    tomorrow you will feel great! You will get cleaned out and probably drop a few pounds....Sorry it's uncomfortable though:tongue:

    Before we started processing food, us humans typically ate over 200 g of fiber a day.! Now we're told that we're supposed to eat like 12 g.. Fiber is so good for your health! Well I should say natural fiber. You should get your fiber from raw fruits and veggies.. It's easier for your body to digest. And that processed stuff usually has HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) in it. That stuff is very bad and makes your body think it's hungry.. Bad bad bad posion. So look for Fructose on labels. Anywho. that was my lil bleh about the fiber. Eat up!
