Great Job! Would you share with us what changes you've made to help you along? With 2 kids, its tough to find/make time to exercise. How did you make the little changes that have obviously paid off.

Thank you all so much for your kind words! Not enough time to exercise was my biggest excuse before. But, I found the time. I made it a priority and decided that I had to take care of myself before I could take care of my family. I started by buying an elliptical, then started and completed the C25K program, then joined a gym in January. I have always worked out about 4 days/week since I joined MFP and follow their calorie guidelines. I eat back about 1/2 of my exercise calories. Best wishes to all and thank you for the support!0 -
