how to classify this in exercise diary???

. i need some help classifying a workout dvd. it has walking, jogging, squats, lunges, side steps, grapevines, knee lifts, kicks, and several arm and back moves. would i list it as areobics or circuit training?

    either. you just adjust it to your HRM. If you don;t have one If you could talk through it Circuit, if not Aerobic.
  • I would say aerobic. We do alot of these kinds of activities in Zumba (we sometimes use small hand weights too) and I still count it as aerobic. Circuit is kinda interval with raising/and maintaining the HR with strength training and resting. If you are constantly moving, aerobic seems logical.

    I put mine is as aerobic if they don't include weights. My Boot Camp ones use weights so I put those in as circuit.

    it uses resistant bands and i try to add weights
