    Starting Weight: 203.6 (This morning)

    April 30th Goal: 193.6

    I cannot WAIT to get under 200lbs. I will consider it a major victory. I put on so much weight from working at a desk all day and not exercising for 5 months that 193 isn't even as low as when I started my desk job. :( Oh well. Here's to improving my life one goal at a time.

    I am in! I weighed his morning. Right now I am at 155. I know I can do this!!! So can y'all! Trying is the best thing we can do.
  • Are you all really that clueless? Losing 2.25 pounds a week isn't healthy unless you're severely OBESE. I'll pass on this bulls*** goal and remain a tad bit healthier than that. C'mon people.?!

    Starting weight 3/30: 179.4

    End of month goal: 169.4.......omgosh that sounds so good!! LMAO

    I have to start physical therapy on Tuesday and was told no weight lifting/cardio. All I can do is walk. :( But since this is 80% food intake and 20% exercise I still have a chance. So my plan is to eat healthy/clean and walk at the park at least 2-3 miles plus I bought the Leslie Sansone Walking videos, I'll do that 1x/day.
