I had to repeat week 1. But Im so glad that I did, because it helped me to be able to run longer. Then When Im done running. I walk for 2 minutes and then run at 8.0 for 30 sec. Thats so much fun. Then when I started week 2. WOW. not good. I couldn't do it. So I repeated it again, Last night I tryed it again and was able to finish. I'm so excited.

I also started week 2, it was hard the first day, then I did it again and it wasn't so bad, I do think I need new shoes and sports bra though. I'm pretty sure those are my 2 real problems as to why I'm having a hard time.
GOOD LUCK!!0 -
It's great that u repeated week one. Take your time and do it at your own pace. I was never a runner either but competed in my first 5K last October and hoping to do a couple this year. Taking a break from running since I'm doing Insanity right now but hoping to start again in the next month.
Good luck!!! Hope u love it as much as I do0
