Reached my half way point - pics

I'l (try to) keep this short . . .

I joined in mid January and recently hit 80 days in a row of logging in and realized that I had also hit my half way point to my goal. I've lost 20 pounds by controling my portions, tracking my intake here on MFP and I actually started exercising *GASP*, crazy, I know. Even crazier is that I really am enjoying it. Who knew?

I didn't take my measurements until I was already down about 10 pounds (stupid, stupid) so I don't have a good handle on how many inches I've lost but I do know that I've had to take my pants in a couple times and have retired some of my looser fitting tops.

I've gone from 190 lbs to 170 lbs (I'm 5'6"). I'd like to get to 150 but I'm also doing strength training so I'm going to keep an eye on my body fat % and that may end up being my true goal.

    You look AWESOME!!! Congrats girl! Whats more I LOVE your attitude and that you are lifting! The number on the scale doesn't matter nearly as much as the quality of the lean muscle (In my opinion anyway!) I am thrilled for you!

    Thanks and I agree 100%. I want to look good (maybe even better) out of my clothes than I do in them :blushing:
