Feet going numb?

It doesn't happen every time, but it does happen quite a bit. My feet will go numb. It is usually my toes when I am on the treadmill and my heels when I am on the elliptical. I have checked to make sure that I am not tying my shoes too tight. Is this normal?

It is poor circulation. This used to happen to me all of the time when my feet were kept still on the elliptical. I suppose people will tell you to go to a doctor to "be sure," but I never did. I googled it, saw that it was most likely poor circulation, and kept up my routine. It gets better as you exercise more.0
