    i cut out all sodas.. got off my a** lol.. and started walking a 5k a day.. then started working out on my own.. just joined a gym a wek ago.. really i cut almost all unhealthy foods from my diet.. and ate more times a day.. i also when im home.. i throw on music and just dance.. everything i do i dance lol.. great workout and its fun to me

    Lovely! What is your routine that got you such great results?

    well at first i didnt really have a routine.. someone told me that doing somethig is better then nothing at all.. so i started walking every day and doing exercises at home.. i started going outside with my daughter. and while she was playing i jogged around the backyard or the playground..

    just cut out soda and chose to eat healthier

    thanks.. ya i never realized how much a change 35lbs. could make till i look through the pictures.. still got another 30lbs to go.. but i know seeing how far ive come that i can keep going..
