Lol, you made me laugh.
Might be... Which is why I'm asking.0 -
If you're a mouse eating a lot of fat, it'll help you not gain as much weight than if you were a mouse that wasn't taking it.
That being said, since you're not a mouse, and probably not eating a high fat diet, I would save your money and go for a run.0 -
Is this that new cleanse? I worry about the seeds irritating my colon. I prefer wintergreen or spearmint, which leave a fresh, minty feeling on my colon. Stay away from cinnamon, though -- it burns!0

If you want to believe in anything Dr. Oz is peddling and think that this compound in raspberries will help you at all, just eat raspberries and save your money.0

Sometime you read an article... Or see a featured product on television, and it's difficult to determine actual results from real everyday people, because they are paid endorsements by the manufacturer... Other times you can discover a real ge.
One such gem I discovered last year was B12.
For me it has significant positive effects. I notice a huge difference in energy when I take it.
Caffeine has never had a stimulant effect on me. I could drink a pot of reg coffee and go right to bed.
But B12 for me, BOING! BOING! BOING! It's like I ate my weight in chocolate covered espresso beans the following day.
Just sharing...certainly not trying to sell B12.
I haven't had it in awhile... But I'd like to start again. I was getting B12 shots once a week at my Drs office.
Good stuff.

I don't watch Dr Oz... Quite frankly he kinda gets on my nerves.
I saw a blurb about it as a feature article when I logged on to my home page today.
Thus, I became curious if anyone here has actually tried it.

Well, see, there's a plus!
I could definitely use some more prominent facial hair... With a wookie face I'll never have to buy birth control again.0 -
