So, I wanted to make a before and after with the pictures I rediscovered on photobucket after I thought they were gone forever.

I'm 5'2" and work out roughly 5 days a week for an hour to 1.5 hours. Being so short, 3 lbs either makes or breaks my clothes fitting! It is REALLY frustrating! As you can see from the pants side-by-side. That's from 135 to 125 lbs! ONLY 10 LBS and such a difference on my little body! Us shorties have it hard!

I don't have any pictures from 150 lbs apparently. I started taking them at 145 lbs.

Here are my pictures. The back ones are poor picture taking skills.

I love how the underwear are now BAGGY on me! Also, my butt doesn't "hang" out as much at the bottom of the panties anymore. I hope that means it is firmer/higher! And apparently I always had a slight wedgey when taking the picture....:noway: :noway: :noway: :noway:

And the others I've shared before.

First 20 lbs was simply cutting calories/logging on MFP. Next 5 lbs was 30 Day Shred. Last 5ish lbs (I fluctuate around 121 lbs right now) was Special K diet while doing the Couch to 5k program.

Now, I am maintaining by eating roughly 1500 calories daily. I am training to compete in a 10k in May. I average 6-7 miles a run a few times a week (well, moving forward anyway). My goal for April is 100 miles. Here's my running log. http://runkeeper.com/user/CynthiaJ777/activity/78296916 Otherwise, I do lift often to tone my arms since they are so flabby. They are definitely one of my trouble spots as you can tell from the pictures, and I do a lot of ab work. I incorporate kickboxing, Zumba and Step when I can for fun.

Goal: lose another 10 lbs IF I can....muscle mass is making this hard. And TONE UP MY WHOLE BODY MORE! I want to look fierce come summer!

I recently bought a Polar HRM that proved I was HUGELY undereating, so I upped my calories. I highly recommend investing in one, so you can see your daily calorie expenditure and your calories burned during exercise. On average, while exercising, I'm burning 100 calories per 10 minutes or 600 calories an hour. I don't normally eat back ALL of my exercise calories. My food diary is open. I'm averaging 1800-2000 calories a day.

Thanks for looking!
