Awesome!
My trainer got pissy last night that I was insisting on doing barbell work instead of machines with resistance bands attached.. Sorry but I want to learn the lifts and learn proper form so that when I do them on my own I'm not injured!0 -
dad106, you are right on the money. Proper form is soooo important!
And yup, ladies should lift heavy weights, as heavy as you can do for aiming for 12-15reps (or 10-12 if you want more muscle)
As Tony Horton says, don't be afraid to lift heavier weights ladies.0
