This is a before and now picture of me. I still have more weight to lose but I'm just so proud of where I am now that I decided to share. It isn't easy and yes everyday is a struggle (just ate hot wings and fries lol) but I am determined to never go back to where I was!! I was 240 on the left and I am 204 now! I can't wait until I'm finally under 200 lbs!

    Just so you know, I quoted you and edited your link.... you have to put "img" (small letters, and with these brackets: [ ] - around the img instead of the quotation marks... then after the link, you've got to "close" it out with "/img" - with those brackets instead of the quotation marks - do you understand what I'm saying?? I hope I made it clear....
