Since I have started I have lost 32 lbs, Since fitness pal I have lost around 25. Feeling great.

    Good job :) If you want your image to show in your post, edit it this way :

    keep only the http:... part, and surrond it with [img.]http:// ... [/img.] (Without the dots in the tags, just img and /img )

    If those girls in your profile pic are your kids, I bet they are proud of you :)

    You almost got it. Just put the tags in lowercase.
