I'm at 122lbs right now, and my goal weight is 115lbs and toned. However, if I'm toned and weigh more, not a big deal.
  • I don't have a pre-baby body picture, but this is my face a year before I got pregnant. I weighed about 150. I have always been a (healthy) curvy girl, and this was somewhat of a comfortable weight for me.

This is five months after having my baby. I weighed 185 in this picture. At my heaviest during my pregnancy I was 210. I cried at my last check-up when I was over 200lbs. (A good 20lbs of that was water weight, I was very swollen).

Since this last picture there has been a lot of things going on in my life and I've gained again. I'm at 192lbs right now and I feel disgusting. I'm '5"2, that is a lot of weight for my frame. I feel every pound of it and I am really focused now to get this weight off. I'm looking to be around 140lbs.

so we can see your pictures change the IMG to img... I feel really crappy about myself right now too but i know i can do it... Starting the 30 day shred Sunday and have lost 4 lbs since starting dieting this week so hopefully it keeps up. I also quit drinking soda which I drink a lot of (and not diet) because it's free at work

I just did day 8 of 30DS today. It's definitely working! Don't give up. I'm so excited to see my results afterwards.

Here I am on my honeymoon, weighing around 140lbs. I already had a 6yo daughter when hubby and I got married).

After 10 years of marriage, here I am with baby #5. My highest non-pregnant weight was 188. (I also topped 200 while pregnant, and I also cried at seeing that number!)

Here I am today. Baby #6 is one year old.

I struggled with my weight and with dieting for years, hating the way my body looked. It wasn't until I learned to care for myself, stopped "dieting", and started focusing on giving my body proper nutritients that the weight came off. Then when I got close to my goal weight, I picked up some weights and started strength training. I am very happy with my body now and am officially on "maintenance", but I am still losing 0.5 lb here and there. I eat anywhere between 1600-2000 calories a day, and my strength training workouts are usually 30-45 minutes 3x week.

If anyone wants to add me as a friend, I have a picture in my profile pics that I can't show here  of the difference that 5 months of strength training has made. I have only had a 6lb weight loss in those 5 months. It's a good reminder that it's not all about the scale!
