Has anyone tried Slendertone?

Has anyone tried slendertone? What was your belly in inches when you first started and did it work? and how long did it take for you to work? im considering buying one but as they are so expensive id like some advice x

You can do planks for free.
The whole idea of electrical muscle stimulation has been around for a long time and is used primarily for rehab purposes.
Will it help strengthen your abs - probably, is it better than real exercise - doubt it.0 -
im seriously considering doing it. but ill try and lose abit of weight around my belly first x0

My hubby has one and when he used to use it (got lazy and doesn't use it anymore) it definitely defined his abs. He bought me the shorts version to tone your thighs and bum, but was too much of a pain trying to get them to stick in the same place so that they worked! I stopped using them in the end.......plus I walked funny around the house while wearing them!! :laugh:0

Don't do it, it's a scam. The only sure way to reduce belly fat and define abs is good ol' diet and exercise. Get to it!
