Anyone tried this? I have a friend, well more like an acquaintance that was going on and on about it today, I was a little annoyed but I was also really curious lol Has anyone tried this? What's the deal? Is it like a detox? Clearly I just don't know... looking for answers :bigsmile:

    I'm going on my third week and have so far lost 3 pounds without much exercise. It helps with moving your bowels and it is very gentle.

    hello! i'm just wondering how does this trader joe's detox work? like can u only eat veggies or what can and cannot eat?
