    How nice is this weather?! A bit of exercise isn't so bad when the sun is shining..

    Hi there. A Geordie by birth now residing in West Wales here! We are very lucky to be surrounded by hills and forests and only a 20 minute drive from the beautiful Brecon Beacons too so I have been out jogging with my lovely Dobie every evening after work for the last week. We are doing the Pooch to 5k together (canine version of the C25K programme!) and it is going well so far.

    HUGE congratulations on your weight loss :happy: I have lost 15lbs so far and have around another 18lbs to go before I decided wether to stop or lose a bit more - being 53 I have to be careful about getting tooo thin otherwise I will just look wrinkly and craggy :noway: :ohwell:

    I checked out this thread, because the University of Kentucky (UK) is in the "Final Four" basketball game in the NCAA championship here is the US....I am a huge UK fan and we are all excited here, so you can see why I jumped on this thread. I know....clueless!

    But if it helps, my ancestry is UK....Yorkshire England on me mum's side and County Derry Ireland on me da's! :blushing:
