Ultrasound Lipo - any thoughts, comments, stories?

I recently purchased 3 Ultrasound Lipo sessions through Groupon for my local clinic. They were incredibly cheap so I bit the bullet, so to speak, and decided to give myself a little boost.

Not made the appointments yet, thought I'd ask for feedback here first.

I have a friend who paid full price for three sessions a year ago and still says it was the best thing she ever did and the fat has stayed away with a sensible diet. As it is non evasive she did it in her lunch break and went back to work a little sore but absolutely fine to work.

If anyone has any thoughts, comments or stories, I'd love to hear them and will let you know the results when I do go.
