I started my journey in June of last year. Pretty much I woke up one morning and said, "I'm sick of being a fat kid". So I found the MFP app on my phone and started watching what I was eating. After a week or so of doing pretty good, I decided if I was serious, I should exercise too. So i started walking. Then in the fall, I got a gym member ship. I would still like to loose another 15-25, But I'm happy with what I have now. I wear a "L" on the top and size 10 on the bottom. I have NEVER in my life worn a 10!! That is victory enough for me!!

    Congratulations...I know the joy you feel because I too lost over 80 lbs...
    I am back to loosing 20 lbs after 2 major back surgeries in October...
    motivated and back to the gym.....yea....nothing feels better than thinner...
