P90X Results

In 2010 I decided to get into shape, and over the next two years I lost 70 lbs, but in Jan I decided to commit to 90 tough days. I didn't get massive results like those on tv, but I got pretty good results. I'm happy, because where I am at now, every pound and inch takes a lot of work to get rid of.
In total I dropped 8.8 pounds, and 3 inches total, but lost 1.75 in my waist, 1" from my chest and hips and .5"from my neck, slightly lost and gained everywhere else, but the areas I need to work on seen the best results.
During the 90 days, I only missed a handful of the workout, and my diet was 75-80% clean, so I could of probably got a little better results if I was more strict, but I enjoyed it, and thats what matters to me.
Perhaps my biggest improvements were more in my athletic ability. Starting the year doing the chest and back routine, I could only manage 115 pushups, but by week 12 that number jumped to 260. During Legs and back in the beginning I could only manage 4 or 5 unassited pullups, but week 12 I got 30. My weights have gone up by almost 10lbs on every workout, I am jumping higher and moving faster. My resting heart rate is now under 60, andI juts feel better in general. SO even though I didn't get crazy physical results, my overall physical and athletic results I feel are a lot better.
Here are my 0-90 day pcs.

Great job!! The definition in your upper back is the biggest change as I see it. What a big difference! I am just starting the P90x program (it hasn't even arrived yet!), so I'm looking forward to all the positive changes you've experienced.0

Tons of respect for you. You worked pretty hard. Before you started this journey, not to put words in your mouth, but if you were like me you didn't really work out and just ate whatever you wanted. I always think that a bad day of working out (meaning you feel like you had a hard time getting though the workout) means you are still being challenged. I appreciate your positive attitude you bring and look forward to seeing you reach your goal. Thanks for all your encouragement as well. Take care Adam. I asked this already but what is next for you?0
