Substitutes for unsweetened almond milk?

I have this great recipe i got from on here, but it requires almond milk. I dont have almond milk on me, but all the other ingredients i do.. What are some really good substitutes?

You can use unsweetened soy milk and add a tsp of almond extract. Gets about the same taste.0

Any non-dairy milk will work, but rice and soy are the best second options. You can even use skim or 2% if dairy isn't a problem for you.0
