No, but almost. Only over by 77, but maybe not since I swam with the kids, but didn't log that in.

Not in calories, but did exercise.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Only had one "no-no" and avoided tons of other junk.

What would I have done differently?
Not eaten that one bit of cookie dough.

    What is today's personal goals?
Stay within my calories, cut out artificial sweeteners.

Hey ... thanks for that comment. And you know what? Every time I don't feel like it and then force myself to go I end up loving it and hating when I'm done.

Getting back into the daily accountability:

Did you stay within your nutritional goals?
Don't know, didn't track, but probably went over slightly thanks to dinner out last night

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    Didn't set one

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Worked out despite not wanting to

What would I have done differently?
Stuck with the dinner plans rather than going out

    What is today's personal goals?
Track everything I put in my mouth, drink 96oz of water (another challenge), and do Day 2 of Week 3 C25K
