Best Pre Workout Breakfast

hello! im thinking about doing the insanity workout Month 2 (the crazy MAX workouts) in the morning, but i wanted to have something to eat first since i bet i'd faint if i do it on a empty stomach haha.

so i was thinking ...
- at 9.00 am or so: 10g oatmeal with water and milk (which is very little but i guess it will be enough and since i wanted to start working 30 minutes after my mini meal...)
- after the workout:1 cup of milk with cereal (they're a bit sugary but a great source of fiber)


what do you think?
p.s.: (please don't suggest any protein shakes with protein powder or anything like that because i don't have it, just "natural things" please haha)

    My favorite pre-workout breakfast-

    Three strips Bacon (if I'm feeling uppity, I'll have a 4oz sirloin instead of Bacon)
    Three eggs
    Three slices toast, or three pancakes, depending on my mood
    One cup of milk (whole milk, or no milk!)
    One cup of orange juice


    That's only on the weekends, I don't eat breakfast during the week.

    I have a pretty intense session with a personal trainer once a week, so I make sure that I eat a pretty good breakfast. I do 1 packet of instant oatmeal or cream of wheat. I actually like the weight control oatmeal packets & cream of wheat has come pretty good flavors that are low calorie too. I make both with water, but will add a little bit of 2% milk to make it a little more creamier. Then I'll do a 1 egg, 2 egg white scramble. I like to drink water with my breakfast because it gives me a chance to hydrate before I workout. When I come home, I'll eat some yogurt & I'm pretty much set until lunch.
