Advicee please, im confused!

My intake daily amount is 1200, i have overate but i have exercised today and burnt off 635 calories, so my intake of calories has ate away from my burnt calories but does this mean iwill lose weight or put it back on? Helppp please, thankyou:)

Everyone is different but personally I have to eat back my exercise calories or I dont lose. Ex: you have 1200 calorie goal burned 600 calories I would personally eat 1800calorie today (or at least close to it) . If you eat too little when you are burning so much it can be bad for your body.

You are suppose to eat (bonus - calories ) of the amount that u burnt ( worked off ) : - )0
