Burning calories during weight training

I'm sure this question has been asked 1000x before here... but I don't see it in any of the recent posts, so,

In my exercise diary, weight training doesn't add up to any calories, but surely it burns them!

How do you guys/do you guys account for calories burned that aren't during cardiovascular exercising? Should I be adding this to my diary? What is a safe bet to say? I usually do 30mins of cardio at the gym, then a bit of stretching for 10-15 mins and then about 30-40 mins of weight training.
