It has just been a discussion thread in our group forum. You just post every day how many miles you went. I certainly don't mind starting it again if you want to participate. Let me know.
I would be interested in this. I have been using a Map My Walk iPhone app and walking every day. Before I let the weight get out of control I was walking all the time, then started running. I had a dream off walking some of the Appalachian Trail. I am trying to get back to the old me and I have made some walking goals for myself. I am building up my endurance now with my morning walks. I do Geocaching on the weekends with my husband and step-daughter. I hope by mid-summer to go on a day hike and then towards the end of the summer do a 3 day backpack. I used to run, the most I could do was 7 miles before my back injury happened. I am not cleared by the doc for running so I stick to walking, Walk Away the Pounds videos and water aerobics.0 -
