Hi, I'm new to the site and have decided to do some skipping to fit in a bit of exercise without going to the gym! Only trouble is I can't find the calories it burns on here and I don't know how many myself so if anyone knows I'd be grateful!

You can find it as an exercise listed and it will tell you how many minutes = how many calories burnt - but it is called 'Jump Rope' instead of skipping...I discovered it this morning :P0

I am actually trying to find the calorie count for JUST skipping - nothing to do with a rope! Just the same "skip-hop" step we all used to do as children. Definitely gets MY heart rate up!0
