    Good for you!!!!! I hope you are really proud of yourself. You give me inspiration, since I need to lose about 100 pounds. I just logged in my breakfast, and ate way too many calories. But reading your story, I'm determined to eat right the rest of the day, and not go over my calories!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

    keep up the great work you look great. I must say you are much braver than I as I have not put a photo of myself on here yet and am very scared to do so as i think I look like a blob. it is stories like yours that inspire me to do the right things, I have to lose over 130 lbs yet and will be hitting my year anniversary in 4 months. I would love to say that i am down to even just my starting goal of 200 lbs by then. Again WAY TO GO
