You look great! yay on the bike ride today! I know the feeling on not wanting to be the fat chic on the back, plus I did have my own CBR600RR (honda) that I just sold Monday =( boo! Im just so busy w/college & work full time, plus will be getting married once I graduate so the next yr and a half it would have been sitting so I just said good bye.
Anyway I read how your doing this, you have done awesome in such little time. Iv lost 35 lbs in 12 weeks. I saw your eating healthier, how many calories are you eating? & do you eat back your exercise calories you earn?
Keep up the awesome work!0 -

I started out eating 1550 calories a day and not eating back exercised calories. Then I went to 1,200-1,300 a day and didn't eat them back. I plateaued. I've been trying to eat back the majority, if not all of my exercised calories now. I think MFP reset my calorie goal to 1370 today because of my recent weight loss though.0 -

Thanks! I looooove them. They actually have pink and black leopard print inside and a little on the outside near the frame. Had to ditch my boring pair lol0 -
You know what I loved about looking at your pics? Not the fact that you can really see the weight coming off, but the fact that with each picture you seem to look much more confident! Especially the last one, where you're sticking your bum out! lol Love it!
Well done!0 -

I started taking my puppy for walks every day. We'd just go out for longer each time and then I wanted to try running. Someone mentioned C25K to me and I just figured why not? I had to change the fast intervals to 40 seconds instead of 1 minute though at first. But it's so freeing. That's what makes me want to keep running and jogging. I can't think when I run. I can only focus on my feet and my breathing... so it clears my head and it's almost like I get into a trance and can go forever.
It's hard to explain, but it's just so amazing that I don't want to stop. Runners highs are amaaaaaaaaaazing, by the way. Once I get to the point of wanting to die and then get past that... the adrenaline rush is unlike anything else because it just keeps going after that till I stop.0 -
Wow! What a difference!
You kick butt!!! Keep up all your hard work0 -
Woohoo!! Lookin' good!!0

I love how confident you look! Hair, make up, everything. You look sooo good!! Thanks for the inspiration!
I just saw this. I want to say that doing my hair and makeup and dressing nicely every day now (okay, most days) has really done a lot to keep me on track. I feel better when I look my best and I just know I have no reason to let myself down when I take the extra 30 minutes a day to pretty myself up a little.0
