The 'It Works!' skinny wrap has an herbal cream on it. The 'specialist' cleans the area you want wrapped with witchazel. Then applies the wrap. She put saran wrap around it to keep it in place. It can be worn from 45 minutes to 8 hours. I took mine off after 45 minutes. You then rub the cream into your skin. She took before and after pics and measurements. Then she gives her sales pitch about all of the different products they sell.

The herbal cream forces your body to go into a detox. Some people (according to the rep) lose inches immediately, some see no change, and some bloat. If you bloat, it is supposed to be a good thing because that means your body is flushing toxins, you just have to drink enough water to flush them completely out. You HAVE to drink a LOT of water. I kid you not! Holy Wowzers. It is suggested that you eat as clean as possible and drink as much water as possible during the detox phase, which will last about 72 hours.

During the Zumbathon that I did on Saturday, I drank no less than 6 20-ounce bottles of water and peed four times. I probably drank another 3 or 4 bottles of water once I got home. If I didn't drink enough water I got a headache. I never get headaches. Not bragging, just sayin. I'm in the middle of the 48-72 hour time frame now. Still drinking massive water. I have had more trips to the bathroom for both needs than usual. When I woke up this morning I couldn't get my ring off my finger either. I'm about to take some more measurements to see if there is any loss yet. I will keep you up to date
