Hi! I think I'm included in the 50 previous challengers. I'm really looking forward to this month. I turn 30 on the 30th and I am finishing up training for my marathon. What are your goals for April? Where do you want to be a month from now? This challenge has been running for well over a year! We are a group of people that come together to support eachother on the weight loss journey.
This is how I would like your weights/goals posted so it makes it easier to make a chart! Commit, follow the format, and it will be a great month! This month we will only have 150 participants total. If you do not check in two weeks in a row I will delete you from the spreadsheet.

We will have an optional weekly challenge that will be decided by the biggest loser of the week we just finished. It will run Tuesday to Monday of the following week. So if you think you might be the biggest loser (in pounds) for the week start thinking about what you want to challenge the group to (ex:push ups, sit ups, squats ETC).
