Introduction after lurking!

Hello!
I've been on MFP for a couple weeks now, mostly lurking and learning so many things from everyone.
I figured it's about time I introduce myself and get acquainted with some of you amazingly motivational and inspirational people!
I'm not going to go into crazy details, but I'm here to lose the last few pounds that have been hanging around.
After a quick weight loss of about 20 lbs since September of last year, I've been stuck at my current weight since mid-January.
Hopefully the tips and tricks I've learned here over the past while will help me break this plateau and move forward with my goals!

Try increasing your protein for a few weeks. My Beachbody Coach, suggested that for me and I finally broke a 10 month plateau! I'm right about where you are with my weight loss. 20 lbs lost, maybe 5 more would be gold!! The weight loss is SSSSSSLLLLLLOOOOOWWWWWW when you almost reach your goal! I am slowly learning to get more protein and less carbs! Good luchk Jastarki!0
