    Thank you! I used to be really heavily hi lighted blonde. I miss it but i also like my dark hair. So much easier to maintain. Btw, love your hair too. Sooo pretty!

    You look great what type of exercises did you do.

    I have always just done a mixture of cardio workout dvd's. I am however currently doing ChaLEAN Extreme. Its a weight training/Cardio 3 month program! I LOVE IT! I feel so fit and strong. I am in my second month as of today!

    EVERYONE...YOU ARE THE BEST! Thank you sooo much for all the kind words. I am so happy i can inspire people. I never thought id be on this side of the "fence". I remember looking at befores and afters/progress pics thinking, WOW im inspired/motivated. I never thought i'd be the one doing that. Its seriously all you amazing mfp people that keep me going. I feel AMAZING. I am getting stronger thanks to ChaLEAN Extreme and i can't wait to see how i look in the next few months to come. I hope to be to my goal weight around july/august but i know ill need to do alot of toning still! Again, THANK YOU for all the kind words and i love you guys! :) Feel free to friend me!
