In a perfect world, I'd like her to have about a 28'' waist0

Was a 36T (T = Tight, ready for a 38), now a comfortable 34. Short term goal of 32. Long term goal of 30 or maybe 28. We'll see when I get there.0

Shooting for 34" @ 5' 11". Right now I'm a loose 38" @ 185lbs.0

Started @ 6'3" wearing a relatively tigt 48. Currently 44/46. I think my goal is about 36/38 Depends on how I look and feel and my BMI when I get there.0

I started at a 50, just bought 2 pair of 38's. With 29 lbs. to go to my initial goal weight I am guessing I will be a 34? Whatever it is I will be extremely happy with it! :happy:0

I was a 42", now a 38", will be a 34". 6'0 tall was 262lbs, now 232, will be 200. :bigsmile:0

I was a 40+ to start, was shooting for a 34" but I tried on an old pair the other day and they did fit, so with 20 lbs still to lose, mostly around the middle I might be shooting for a 32". Quite a bit does depend on the brand though as I read many manufacturers have been increasing the waistline size but keeping the same number to compensate for a general increase in waistlines.

I would lover to get to a 32 (what I was when I was about 16 years old), but 36 might be more realistic! I'm now 45 years old with a 38/39 girth.0

Figure I will end up wearing 32's. Ditched the 36's about ten pounds ago and the 34's are fairly loose now. Since I am 6'3' anytime I get under 200lbs 32's fit comfortably.0

Was a 30 for the majority of my life. Now almost 50 and Im at a 34. 30 is the goal.0

I'm 5'9" and I started my weight loss wearing 38's (USA). I'm now wearing 34's but would like to get down to 30's or 32's.0

I was at a size 36 now at a 32 which is where I wanted to be. when i first started losing weight 3 1/2 years ago I was at a size 420

I got up to a tight 44. I have a pair of 34 jeans that are hanging on my office wall that I will be wearing in the next couple of months. I have not worn those jeans in about 20 years.0

Started at 50" and waited 7 months and got into 44". After 10 months I found I could fit in a 36" even though my waist is 39" on the measuring tape. I now think I could fit in 34" if I had a pair.
I hate that a couple pairs of trousers I bought only in November now look ridiculous on me as I have only worn them each for about 4 weeks total.0 -
i have a pair of 31 jeans that i last fit into 5 years ago that are aching to be worn again.0
