contour belt - does it work??

Hello. Has anyone used the contour fitness belt? If you've used it - did you have chest pains? I've been working out and watching what I eat. The commercials look too good to be true. I've lost 60 pounds so far. My abs need some work! Thanks for any thoughts you can give!

    I think it's a load of *kitten* :-) lol, if you want to do some ab work, send me a message! I can recommend a great workout program for you, that will not only work your abs, but also help the rest of you get into better shape!

    Real results take work... not wearing some silly belt!
