I'm going on a trip with my mom and brother this weekend so we'll be eating out 3 nights in a row. I'm going to make healthy choices and such but how do I calculate calories so that I can log them?

A ton of places have their nutritional facts on their website, and usually you can just search the dish you are going to eat on your diary and it will show up because someone has already entered it before. If it is a mom and pop place, I'm not sure.

If the restaurant has a website/menu, use that, otherwise, try to eyeball and log the individual ingredients as best you can. You can always ask your server about modifications you can make to your meal- steamed veggies, broiled meat/fish, or get a half portion. Good luck!
