Low Carb & Low Fat..Ideas

Hi Everyone,
I hope this post finds you all well. I'm in week two of a very strict diet and exercise program. I seem to be running out of low carb and low fat food options. I allow my self to have a small amount of carbs as long as the item is packed with protein and low in calories. Anyone have anything that's worked for them or any ideas or fun, yummy food. Any meals and snacks welcome. Thanks so much everyone.

    The list is massive.

    Meat, fish, eggs, nuts (real ones, not peanuts or cashews), most veggies, full fat dairy - incl milk, cream, cheese.
