Cravings! How are you coping?

Right now I'm craving malted milk biscuits and its taking all my power not to eat one, because I know if I treat myself to one it will turn into 5 lol
Just wondering if anyone else is craving anything and how they're dealing with it

    Sometimes I have to fight the urge to bake stuff. I love being in the kitchen cooking and baking is my absolute favorite. But when you bake em, you gotta eat em!

    Usually when I'm craving something I just try to distract myself or I grab some water.
  • it helps if you have a day or two to satisfy all of your cravings that way you arent depriving yourself. sometimes what i do is if i really want something then one day a week ill set my calories to maintain my current weight and just keep my calories in that number range and eat what i want. maybe workout a little. then the next day set your calories back to losing.

    dieting is a life long term. so you have to set it to what you would want to do life long

    Chew gum, drink water, find a healthy alternative that will satisfy your craving.

    I'm more of hearty junk food eater and what really works for me is carrot sticks in spicy hummus. Healthy and tasty. I also really like cup a soup.

    I dont fight it I bite it :laugh: . I use Hungry girl recepies and more than likely she has a recepie for all cravings in a low calories version. Search for what you crave and if she doesnt have a recepie for it I just eat it, try my best to estimate how many calories it is, and work it off later. Dont fight it bite it!

    Water, water, water and if it fits into your calorie goal, have it!! I'm not a believer in denying yourself something you want.. I've not given up anything I didn't want to give up!

    I usually have what I'm craving. I consider it an excersize is self control.
