Feel like I'm hitting a plateau! Any suggestions? I exercise 3-4 times a week; sometimes more. I am usually under on right on my calorie goal. I've lost 11 pounds but I want to lose another 14.

Every time I plateau, I up my calories a bit, and vary my workouts a bit more. Usually works for me.:flowerforyou:0

Heres what I do....not saying it is right but it works for me. I still work out same but stairstep my calories. One day I eat 1200 calories next day 1800 and back and forth. It seems to confuse my metabolism. I have been lucky and only had to do this a couple of times early on. Also mix up the kinds of exercise you do.0

Sometimes, the best thing to do is wait it out. Your body might still be running to catch up with you. I hit a plateau this year that lasted for a month. I was stuck at 190lbs, then suddenly, the weight just started dropping off. I went down to 184 in about 9 days, then wham, hit another wall. I recommend patience or increasing your excercise.0

Same has happened to me. I have changed my macros 30% fat, 40% carbs, 30% fat. First day today, hoping it works! X0

If your goal is around 1200 than increase your calorie goal and change the workout timings + whole workouts
do different exercises and have different food every day
that worked for me :bigsmile:0 -
I hit a plateau that lasted 10 weeks and then another one that last 8 weeks. I upped my caloreis and started losing again. It was a scary thought because I was afraid I would start gaining but I lost almost immediately. I also changed my workout routine and this helped too. Your body can get use to your exercise and your foods so play switcharoo and confuse it every now and then. I hope this helps.0

I've lost 11 pounds. The last 2 weeks the weight loss seems to be tougher. And I weigh in tomorrow and as of this morning I'm up .4. So I feel like I may be getting stuck.0
