Lose 5 Pounds A Month April 2012 Challenge

The goal lose 5 pounds by the end of April. This challenge is open to EVERYONE! This is an informal group for support. No official check-ins or tracking by other members. All you need to do is post your starting weight at the beginning of the month and then your final. Some people weigh in weekly and post their weights every week, on whichever day works best for them. Some people only post their first and last weigh in of the month. No rules other than the main forum rules. Just join us to get rid of our bad habits and get healthy!
Good luck all and remember if you lose more, great! If you don't, stick with it! This is a lifestyle change and journey! The longer you stick with it, the healthier you will ecome and the better you you feel!

FIRE IT UP!
My goal is to lose 5 lbs every month and I have done it in February and March [already beyond 5 lbs at this point], so I got a little streak cooking. Goal is 5lbs every month until August.

Exercising Goal: Keep Spinning and doing circuit training and working out with my YMCA workout group once a week. End goal to run 2 miles straight.

It's April 6th and I'm at 169 lbs....my ultimate goal is 135 (my high school and undergrad college weight) but five lbs would be a good way to jump start it!
