    When faced with a lot of weight to lose (like me) a loss of 20 or so pounds doesn't sound like much, but it sure makes a difference. You look great! I can really see it in your face and waist. I've lost about the same as you. One of my coworkers, who was off work for a few months, saw me the other day and said, "You've lost a lot of weight, haven't you?" I didn't consider 23 pounds to be a lot when I know I need to lose 70 total, but I guess from his reaction, it must be! Keep up the good work; it shows!

    I continue to be amazed at how much a "mere 20 pounds" makes in how we look. However, before and after pics don't lie! Great job!

    I've lost inches too which makes me look different as well. I'm so happy!
    I started mixed martial arts in January. It was extremely difficult when
    I started but it got easier and now I go to martial arts 4x a week- and walk the other 2-3 days.
    I can't thank all of the MFP members enough since you all motivate and inspire me.
