When is the right time to weight yourself? I have heard so many different perspectives! Thanks!! :)

    Generally, in the morning so you can be consistent.

    I agree.... in the afternoon too many factors come into play: food/water intake, sodium, etc... first thing right after you get up, little clothing - hehe. But I'd just make sure it's once a week at the same time of day, whichever you choose...

    I always weigh in the morning before eating or drinking anything. It's best controlled that way. Ultimately, as long as you weight in at the same time, same day, wearing the same things and under the same circumstances you will get a decently accurate weight.

    Morning would be more acurate but just stick with what you start with and the loss should be accurate.
