    Yes, its tough! Its so much harder to burn those high cals but i wouldnt trade those 50lbs!

    fellow 5'4"er here if not 5"3.. lol may i ask you how you did it ? i want to loose 30lbs and i'm only at the beginning of my journey. i just had a baby 6 months ago and started insanity the beginning of march but after 2 weeks i hurt my knees so i just started jogging today. ive been dieting on and off my whole life. i'd love to loose weight with a healthy lifestyle and keep it off ! tia :) you look amazing btw.
